How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Yepaids Windows & Siding wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Yepaids Windows & Siding
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they answer.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. One limit to know: Yepaids Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File

Send an email to contact@yepaids.world. Include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

1. We confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. 2. We review what happened. This may include contacting the provider. 3. We reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply to our message and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
